Monthly the first Saturday of each month on the parking lot of Amateur Electronics Supply on Polaris Avenue. No sponsor.  Published start time is 7:00 AM.  Actually begins before sun-up and rarely extends past 8:30 AM.  

Note for sellers: the most serious buyers are in place by 6:00 AM and the bulk of the transactions are completed by 6:30 AM.
